With nearly three decades of international experience across technology, banking, construction tech and SaaS companies sectors, she has built and led C-Suite marketing functions that transform how businesses develop, launch and sell solutions that spark genuine customer engagement.

Juliska brings the rare combination of strategic clarity and operational depth. She has been there, seen it and done it — now ready to do it again for PoE clients. Her leadership philosophy centres on commercial alignment: creating a seamless funnel between marketing and sales with shared KPIs, common language and joint accountability, so teams collaborate instead of compete. She helps businesses decide where to invest when commercial performance stalls — whether that means generating more leads, hiring more salespeople or redesigning processes to improve conversion and scalability.

At PoE Advisory, Juliska focuses on helping founders, investors and executive teams build go-to-market maturity, sharpen positioning and achieve predictable revenue growth. She partners with clients to bridge the gap between product innovation, brand storytelling and commercial execution — ensuring that strategy connects directly to results.

Previously, Juliska served  in multiple C-Suite roles including Group Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director at Thinkproject (EQT & TA backed), and Chief Communications Officer at Avaloq. At Avaloq, she was a key member of the leadership team steering the company through two major private equity transactions: first, the sale of a 35 percent stake to Warburg Pincus in 2017 to accelerate international expansion; and later, the full trade sale to NEC Corporation in 2020. She led strategic communications throughout both deals — managing investor and media relations, orchestrating internal alignment, and ensuring leadership credibility during due diligence and post-merger integration.

Recognised for her ability to connect the dots between vision and execution, Juliska brings a global mindset, Swiss precision and Dutch directness to every engagement. She believes that when product management, marketing and sales move as one, growth becomes scalable, culture becomes unified and performance becomes sustainable.
