Christopher Nielsen is a founder, strategic advisor, fundraiser, and international tax specialist with more than 20 years of global experience spanning multinational enterprises, Big Four advisory, and early-stage company development. He is the CEO and Founder of PoE Holding, which includes PoE Advisory, PoE Capital, and the talent and thought leadership community PoE Collective.

Christopher brings a unique combination of legal, tax, fundraising, and organisational development expertise to the companies and clients he supports. He has successfully facilitated and concluded capital raises and transactions exceeding $25 million and is a certified CF30 investment professional (FCA Appointed Representative of Bristol York).

Before founding PoE, Christopher held director-level roles at EY (London), PwC (Denmark), and earlier served as Tax Manager at Carlsberg and Assistant Manager in international tax and transfer pricing at A.P. Møller-Mærsk. Throughout his career, he has advised on complex international tax audits, cross-border restructurings, M&A transactions, and operational model efficiency.

As a founder and strategic advisor, Christopher works with emerging ventures on capital strategy, business model development, and organisational culture.

He is also a co-founder of PoE Arts & Culture, where he champions creative and cultural leadership as part of his broader mission to build communities of excellence.
